My review of #32 “From the Darkness“

This is a very telling story. Malcolm left his only son after his wife died to “find” himself, he was trained by a mysterious man to fight the “vermin uprooting his home”. The rhetoric here is very similar to the League of Assassins introduced in the Nolan-Dark Knight trilogy. As the writers have said before, if Bruce was the one who would not kill the criminal; Malcolm was the one who did. An evil incarnation of the dark knight. In so much as being called The Dark Archer, I am curious and intrigued as to how they will answer the questions about Malcolm’s training in season 2 if he is indeed dead.
